Intermediate Swimming & Water Survival
Competitive strokes, 200m swimming, and lifesaving basics
Advanced Swimming & Lifesaving
All four strokes proficiency, 400m swimming, and open water survival
Age Guide
- Ages 4-6 SwimSafer Stage 1-2. Focus on water confidence and basic skills.
- Ages 7-9 SwimSafer Stage 2-4. Stroke development and water survival.
- Ages 10-12 SwimSafer Stage 3-6. Competitive strokes and endurance.
